I had for many years had the impression that Laura McCarthy was for high end properties, not middle class properties as was ours. They assured us that they did quite a bit of business in our market niche. They made an excellent impression on us as we also interviewed another firm. They came across as very honest and forthright. They did all of the legwork needed such as getting a staging company. ( I had previously sold a home and had to do a lot of that work myself). With their marketing process, we ended up with nine offers after only being on the market for a couple of days. All of those offers were ABOVE our asking price. The closing went extremely smooth, which calmed many of our worries. We would highly recommend.

Quita has the qualities that make her an extremely successful and effective realtor. She has high integrity and is very conscientious and tenacious, always keeping the client’s best interests in mind. Quita does a wonderful job of listening to her client’s needs and does not waste time showing properties that do not meet the client’s objectives. She does research to assist with assessing a fair market value of the property for the offer and then negotiates effectively with the opposing agent on behalf of the client. I have the highest level of confidence in her and feel she would be able to accurately assess any situation and figure out an effective solution.
